The Urban Tri

BOOM Cycle is excited to present a whole new fitness experience for Londoners - the Urban Tri.

Following on from many excellent sold out sessions the Urban Tri will be returning on June 26th 2016 and will be starting at 9.30am from Hyde Park in central London (meeting time and briefing will be at 9:15am).

Leg one will be boxing with the Boxx Method, then a 10km will take you to the BOOM Cycle studio in Holborn where you'll cycle your way to the finish line.

How much does the Urban Tri cost? The cost for the day is £40 or 40 BOOM Cycle credits. Unfortunately anyone on the unlimited BOOM Cycle package or the intro Offer cannot use their packages to book into the Urban Tri.

When can I book? You can call or email us to book in now or you can book on-line from 14 days before the event.

What are my payment options? You can purchase the Urban Tri on it's own by giving us a call at 0207 405 6099 or by using your BOOM Cycle credits (if you need to you can top up your account to pay for it).

What is included in the price? The cost includes event entry as well as plenty of water at every stage of the Urban Tri, shower facilities, towels and REN cosmetics at BOOM Cycle for you to freshen up after you've rocked it, and kit transfer from the first dicipline to BOOM Cycle so you have no worries on the day.

Do I need to train? The Urban Tri is designed to be a challenge. Those that are already fit will be able to do it without too much training but those that are new to exercise should certainly train in the run up to the event. Once you are signed up you will be supported with advice via newsletters and our Facebook & Twitter social media pages.

The Press is ALL about the Urban Tri!

Glamour says the Urban Tri is " more accessible (than a triathlon), with a great atmopshere – you don’t need to be a fitness freak to take part and enjoy it!"

Elle UK says it's "three times the fun"!

Healthista says "the brand-new Urban Tri is genius. You don’t need any kit beyond your usual gym gear, it’s for everyone from less seasoned exercisers to the super-fit, and it’s a brilliant way to taste the thrill of putting three fitness disciplines together with plenty of support."

Women's Health loved it saying "It doesn’t matter which leg of the Urban Tri you do, it will push you to your limits. Not gonna lie – it’ll be one hell of a challenge, but you’ll love every second of it! After you’ve hopped off your bike – victorious, fist-pumping, ponytail dripping in sweat – you and your fellow competitors get to celebrate with a post-tri party with the BOOM Cycle team."

Bloggers are loving it!

Pedal To The Core says "All in all, a great experience with amazing people and I would definitely do it again!"

MyZestBest says "The Urban Tri is a fantastic challenge for someone who is looking to shake up their routine and test their endurance. The event is well organised, is a lot of fun and is made up of an inspirational community of people; participants and instructors alike. No wonder it sells out so quickly!"

The Locals says "It is designed to be a challenge so you do need to have a basic level of fitness in order to do it, but as the event was set up in a way that allowed you to take all three stages at your own pace, it is definitely a ‘triathlon’ most people can do. Overall I found it to be a fantastic, fun fitness challenge, and will definitely be signing up for again next month."
