An extra hot oat milk flat white with sometimes a sprinkle of cinnamon.
What's one simple thing that makes you happy?
Getting to cuddle my clouds (dogs) when I go up to Edinburgh! They are the sweetest, their wagging tails and smiles really warm my soul.
What is the theme song of your life?
'Whatever it takes' by Imagine dragons. Every time I hear the song it reminds me that I've learned to not let the bad days drag me down and I remember that I always come back stronger. I truly will do 'whatever it takes' to live the life I want to lead and to not limit my opportunities.

I am very VERY good at making a realistic lamb noises/ baby goat noises.

Motivated, bubbly, clumsy.
If you were a drink, what would you be and why?
100% an oat milk flat white because I'm always energetic like a caffeinated beverage or a passion fruit kombucha because I would consider my self healthy and fun. Cannae live without them!

Online shopping for good deals on activewear... how many times can I use the 'I'm an instructor, this is my work uniform' excuse?
What is your favourite concert/music-related memory?
I adored seeing Marina (marina and the diamonds) on her Love + Fear tour in May. When she sung 'Handmade Heaven' I could not hold my self together, was crying so hard. Her songs are gorgeously written, her voice just resonates around your body it is absolutely magical!
What will people find in your rides but no one else's?
There is a lot of SMILING in my class! Sometimes I may have to force it out of the riders, but I only do it because it reminds them that this is just a bit of fun and smiling feels greaaaat! I have to say I adore some good old quick tracks, my riders will know that my favourite thing to say is 'Get up and STAY UP, lift the energy high' keeping it up and out of the saddle on a fast beat is so energising and really gets the rooms excitement going! My goal is for riders to come in and appreciate all the good things happening in their lives and sweat away any stress or worries. I always say 'every drop of sweat it the negativity leaving the body!' We need to realise that it is so much better to be putting hard work and energy into feeling good and genuinely happy. Why waste your precious time worrying about the bad stuff? Let it happen, move on, brush it off then boss it.
