If your desired class is full, please use the join waitlist function on the website to book your self in. Please note though you need at least one ride on your account to get onto the waitlist for a class. If a bike becomes available before the cancellation window closes, you will be automatically booked into your desired class and sent a confirmation email. It is up to you to cancel your booking in time if you no longer wish to attend the session. If a bike becomes available after the cancellation window has closed, Boom Cycle will contact you via telephone and email to let you know there is a space available at which time you can decide if you want be booked in or not.
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
You are more than welcome to drop in for a session without booking. However, we cannot guarantee there will be a place available or that your favourite bike will be free. If you wish to know how availability is looking for a certain session throughout the day, feel free to check on our website or call the appropriate studio.
WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
All bikes not confirmed at check in will be released at the start time of the class. Unfortunately due to the disruption it causes other riders we are not able to allow entry after the start of a ride.
WHAT IF I NEED TO LEAVE EARLY?
Please do not leave a ride early unless you feel unwell or are injured or you feel you are unable to carry on for any medical or health reasons.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOM CYCLE SESSIONS?
For all rides, Boom Cycle operates a 12 hour cancellation policy.

WHAT IF IT'S MY FIRST TIME?
Please arrive 20 minutes early for your first Boom Cycle session to allow ample time for the instructor or a member of staff to help you set up your bike and go over the basics.
HOW DO I GIFT BOOM CYCLE SESSIONS?
Gifting Boom Cycle sessions is easy! Gift certificates are available at any time. Simply purchase on line or in one of the studios!
CAN I BOOK A SESSION FOR A GUEST USING MY CREDITS?
You can book as many sessions as you like for guests on your own class credits.
CAN CREDIT PACKAGES BE SPLIT BETWEEN MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
A credit package cannot be split by more than one person. If you wish to book for a guest using your credits, please book multiple bikes using your account.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR MY SESSION?
Riders should always bring water into the studio to sip throughout each session. One hand towel is provided on the handlebars of each bike. Simple.
ARE THERE SHOWER FACILITIES AT EACH LOCATION?
There are shower facilities at each location. Shower gel, REN cosmetics body lotion, shampoo’s & conditioners are provided along with shower towels.
CAN I BUY WATER/FILL UP MY WATER BOTTLE AT EACH FACILITY?
Riders can purchase bottled water and are welcome to fill up their own reusable water bottles at each location with the drinkable water running through the taps.
WHAT ATTIRE IS APPROPRIATE FOR A SESSION?
General workout wear is perfect for your sessions at Boom Cycle. Any long, loose trousers are discouraged as they may get caught in pedals.
IS THERE WIFI?
Wifi is available free of charge at each location. Please ask at reception for the password.
ARE THERE LOCKERS TO KEEP MY THINGS IN WHILE I RIDE?
Lockers are available free of charge at each Boom Cycle location.
IS THERE A PLACE TO CHANGE CLOTHES?
There are changing areas at each Boom Cycle location.
WHICH TYPE OF CLEATS DO YOUR PEDALS CATER TO?
Bikes at both locations accept SPD-MTB and LOOK DELTA compatible cleats
ARE THERE HAIR DRYERS AVAILABLE?
We have amazing Dyson Hair dryers available at each Boom Cycle location.
